1. Terms

By accessing the camaro.com web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Accounts

You may browse camaro.com without an account. To submit photos or save favorites, you must create an account, either with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. You choose a public username (your @handle) that is displayed alongside the photos you submit.

3. User Submissions

camaro.com is a community gallery of user-submitted Camaro photographs. You retain ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you represent that you own it or otherwise have all rights necessary to submit it, and you grant Rendition Multimedia, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and publicly display that photo on and in connection with camaro.com, attributed to your @handle. You may delete your photos at any time, after which we will stop displaying them, though copies may persist in backups for a limited period.

Submitted photos must depict a Chevrolet Camaro. Every submission is screened by automated systems and may also be reviewed by our staff before it appears on the site. We may decline, hold, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts violence or criminal activity, and not to upload content you do not have the right to share. You further agree not to use the site to harass other users, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view and download the materials (information or images) on the camaro.com web site for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display, without permission;
  • modify or copy the materials beyond what is necessary for personal viewing;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

In no event shall Rendition Multimedia, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the camaro.com web site, even if Rendition Multimedia, Inc. or a Rendition Multimedia, Inc. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Rendition Multimedia, Inc. may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Rendition Multimedia, Inc. does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
